About the event
Are you ready to boost your skating skills with this fusion class? We will start with artistic skating techniques to help you reach that “freedom feeling” when gliding around the court. Focusing on rhythm, we will step into the roller dance world to find together your own style on wheels!
Both classes are capped (beginner & intermediate) so sign in to be able to book yourself before you run out of space :) This is a once time chance to share our passion for skating! Cant wait to skate alongside you all.
Beginners:
-How can I identify my edges
-How to fall and stand up preventing any injury
-Bubble and chase technique skating forward
-Roller dance follow along -challenge your balance-
-Roller dance choreography!
Intermediate:
- Cross roll technique overview forwards and backwards
- What is a three turn and how to start practicing it
-Roller dance follow along- challenge your coordination
-Roller dance choreography!
